This is a clutch kit sourced from one or more OE Manufacturers such as Luk, Sachs, or by us at Phoenix Friction Products. This Pressure Plate and Woven Organic Clutch Disc are ideal for maintaining the smooth engagement and reliability you are used to from the original clutch when the vehicle was new. Note: This is an aftermarket replacement clutch.
This is a LuK Style clutch kit and must be used with a LuK style flywheel. If you have not already changed the flywheel to the Luk made flywheel, you need to order it now. Our part number is FW140 (see also 07-153iF).

CMC374PF2 Pre-Filled Clutch Master Cylinder: Ford Thunderbird, Aerostar, Bronco
This is a NEW OE replacement Master Cylinder. All hydraulic components are manufactured by OE manufacturers. The picture (when available) is of the actual product. If the master cylinder you are replacing is different in any way, please contact us for technical assistance. To ensure proper function, the hydraulic system MUST BE bled of all air using new DOT 3 brake fluid. The clutch pedal height and free play should be checked for proper adjustment. If the DOT 3 Fluid in the hydraulic system is not light-golden brown in color, the system has become contaminated and the fluid must be replaced. If the discoloration has a black tint, it is the result of the master or slave cylinder seals wearing out. In these cases, we strongly suggest replacing these components to avoid unnecessary costs later.

07-057.2FT Stage 2 FiberTuff Clutch Kit: Ford Bronco E150 E250 E350 Van, F150 F250 F350 Pickup - 11"
This is a Stage 2 Fiber Tuff Clutch Kit. The components are sourced from one or more OE Manufacturers
such as Aisin, Exedy (Daikin), Luk, Sachs, Valeo, or made by us at
Phoenix Friction Products. The OE pressure plate and fibertuff lined clutch disc
is ideal for maintaining the smooth engagement and reliability you are
used to from the original clutch when the vehicle was new and increasing the torque capacity of the clutch kit with the higher coefficient of friction inherent in the fibertuff friction material.
This is a direct OE replacement clutch kit and will not require any
modifications during installation and includes all necessary components
when replacing your clutch.
We highly recommend replacing the internal concentric slave cylinder at the same time you are replacing the clutch kit. See our part number CSC002.
