03-050CK Solid Flywheel Conversion Clutch Kit: Mini Cooper S - 8½"
This is a Valeo brand Solid Flywheel Conversion Clutch Kit. This Kit includes all parts required to change the Dual Mass Flywheel to a Solid Flywheel clutch Kit. The one piece cast iron flywheel, pressure plate, and dampened woven organic disc provide the smooth engagement and reliability you are used to from the original clutch when the vehicle was new.
This is a direct OE replacement clutch kit and will not require any modifications during installation.

45220 Precision Wheel Bearing Cup
Precision Heavy Duty Wheel Bearings are manufactured at factories that have ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified quality management systems. OEM customers of these factories include many of the largest US axle and trailer manufacturers. The factories start with bearing quality steel and forge & roll the steel into rings. The rings are then turned to the shape and size of the raceways of the bearing cone and cup. After the turning process, the rings are heat treated and quenched in a continuous atmosphere controlled furnace and then annealed to a hardness of 59 to 64 HRC. After heat treatment, the rings are machined to meet ABMA and other industry standard specifications. All raceways and rollers are super finished to insure smooth and quite operation while in service. All bearing components are then cleaned and protected with a rust inhibitor after final assembly. While the bearings are being manufactured the components are sample inspected after each manufacturing process to insure they meet all dimensional and visual specifications. The bearings then go through a 100% final inspection before they are packaged to leave the factory assuring customers the highest level of quality.

CMC169PF2 Pre-Filled Clutch Master Cylinder
This is a NEW OE replacement Pre-Filled Master Cylinder. All hydraulic components are manufactured by OE manufacturers. The picture (when available) is of the actual product. If the master cylinder you are replacing is different in any way, please contact us for technical assistance. To ensure proper function, the hydraulic system MUST BE bled of all air using new DOT 3 brake fluid. The clutch pedal height and free play should be checked for proper adjustment. If the DOT 3 Fluid in the hydraulic system is not light-golden brown in color, the system has become contaminated and the fluid must be replaced. If the discoloration has a black tint, it is the result of the master or slave cylinder seals wearing out. In these cases, we strongly suggest replacing these components to avoid unnecessary costs later.
