Disc Brake Pads & Shoes

Our disc brake products are made from the finest materials available today at an ISO9002 manufacturing facility using 400 ton cure presses to deliver a better brake pad with a lower resin content. Our pads follow OE configurations including the original chamfers and grooves to ensure quiet performance. Over 99% of our pads are integrally molded with friction material formulations that provide ultra smooth braking, long pad life, long rotor life, ultra quiet performance, low dusting, excellent fade resistance, and quick recovery.

We offer two basic disc pad formulation categories which are:

Premium Automotive Formulation - used to replace OE pads in normal driving applications. Available in:

  • Ceramic formulation – the formula used in many late model vehicles were noise and dust are the primary concern.
  • Semi-Metallic formulation – the standard formula for higher heat applications and larger or older vehicles. This is the highest heat handling formulation.
  • NAO formulation – generally used on the rear of a vehicle or in the earliest of disc brake applications where heat is not an issue. Can be either NAO or low-met in formulation. Low-mets are used in both the front and rear of many European vehicles.

Heavy Duty Fleet Formulation - used on commercial fleet, police, emergency, or other severe duty applications where a high heat long-life pad is required. This is a ceramic-enhanced semi-metallic formulation that will give great pad and rotor life.
