04-105 Clutch Kit: GM Pickups, SUVs, & Van - 12 in.

This is a stock replacement clutch kit containing only quality tested components. To achieve this clutch's long life capacity, the flywheel must be resurfaced or replaced. Ceramic buttons need a break-in period of at least 300 miles of driving to fully set and come to full torque capacity.

This clutch kit is a direct OE replacement and no modifications are needed to install and use this product.  The original bolts can be re-used with recommended Loctite 242/243 (blue) type product.

Refer to the technical bulletin TB008 regarding the squeaking noise due to insufficient lubrication between the clutch fork and ball stud.
