When installing rotors, you must remove any rust or debris from the mounting surfaces.  The rotor should be torqued to specification in a criss-cross pattern.  Failure to follow these procedures will result in either warping of the rotor and/or pedal pulsation.

Note: Rotors are Sold Individually. 2 rotors are required to do an axle.
