This is a Babcock two-piece Clutch Brake. It uses two roll pins to hold the clutch brake in place once it is installed. If the clutch brake should fail, it can be removed in place without pulling the transmission. The roll pins can be knocked out with a drift tool through the inspection cover opening in the bellhousing. Once the are out, the brake splits into two pieces that can be removed from the transmission input shaft.
