This NEW Clutch Kit contains all the components needed to convert from the OE clutch kit used with the Dual Mass Flywheel to a clutch kit with a conventional one piece Solid Flywheel. The components are sourced from Valeo. The solid flywheel, pressure plate, and woven organic disc are ideal for maintaining the smooth engagement and reliability you are used to from the original clutch when the vehicle was new.

This is a direct stock replacement clutch kit and will not require any modifications during installation other than the replacement of the components provided.

Special Installation procedures required by Chrysler on this Concentric Slave Cylinder (CSC).

1. Install slave cylinder to transaxle using new bolts.
2. Torque the three CSC body screws first, then the fluid tube attachment
3. Torque the slave cylinder-to-case bolts in three steps:
    a. 2 Nm (18 inch lbs.)
    b. 5 Nm (44 inch lbs.)
    c. 8.4 Nm (74 inch lbs.)
4. Do not step on clutch pedal to actuate the CSC until after the transmission is installed. Failure to follow this procedure can results in blown seals which are not covered by warranty.
