07-078S Clutch Kit: Ford Taurus SHO - 9-3/4 in.

This kit contains an over-sized Release Bearing to accommodate a transmission bearing retainer repair sleeve that is also included with the kit.  The only other way to repair a worn retainer on this transmission is to replace the entire transmission case.

The components in this clutch kit are sourced from one or more OE Manufacturers such as Aisin, Exedy (Daikin), Luk, Sachs, Valeo, or made by us at Phoenix Friction Products. The original stock pressure plate and woven organic disc are ideal for maintaining the smooth engagement and reliability you are used to from the original clutch when the vehicle was new.

This is a direct stock replacement clutch kit and will not require any modifications during installation and includes all necessary components when replacing your clutch.
