This is a new Original Equipment Eaton Fuller Stamped 14" x 10T x 1-1/2" Pull Type Manual Adjust Clutch Set. The clutch discs have 8 springs and 3 Cerametallic Super Buttons per side.

Used in Ford Truck w/ 6.6L Ford Diesel & Fuller FS4005 5 Speed Transmission

Note: If you have a hydraulic release system, you may have to use a Solo style clutch kit so that the clutch maintains the proper adjustment throughout it's life.  Consult the Truck Manufacturer's manual.

Works better than expected its the actual OE part for the application I installed it in and parts are hard to find for a 30 year old ford 6.6L with Eaton 5 speed
