This is a UPGRADE quality hardened aftermarket transmission input shaft kit for Dodge Ram trucks from 1999-2004 with a Cummins 5.9L diesel engine and a New Venture 4500 5 Speed transmission. It converts the input shaft size from 1-1/4" to 1-3/8" for a heavier duty and more robust shaft.
