CHRS112HDM Metal Pre-filled Hydraulic System for Dodge Ram Diesel Pickups with Solid Flywheels

This is a NEW Pre-filled Metal  Clutch Release Hydraulic System. The metal hydraulic components are manufactured by an OE hydraulics manufacturer.  The picture is of the actual product.  The clutch pedal height and free play should be checked for proper adjustment.

If the DOT 3 Fluid in your current hydraulic system is not light-golden brown in color, the system has become contaminated and the fluid must be replaced. If the discoloration has a black tint, it is the result of the master or slave cylinder seals wearing out. In these cases, we strongly suggest replacing the entire system to avoid unnecessary problems or costs later on.

Important Technical information

Be careful when installing the clutch start switch and push rod into the master cylinder. Excessive force can damage seal at the back of the cylinder piston bore and cause leaking. There is a clip that holds the push rod in place and it can only be inserted once. Removal of the rod will cause the clip to break.
