Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions Page.

Q. What kind of parts do you sell?
A. We sell almost every type of clutch or brake part for almost any type of vehicle ever made. We have clutch and brakes parts for Automobiles (from antiques to performance cars), Pickup Trucks, SUV's, Van, Step Vans, Medium Duty Straight Trucks, Heavy Duty Tractor Trailer, Agricultural, Industrial and Off-Road. We are constantly adding parts to our program so if you don't see it, call us at 877-570-5630 and we'll check it out for you. We also have our own rebuilding facility for items no longer in production that need to be reconditioned or relined.

Q. Where do your parts come from?
A. We sell parts manufactured by "Tier 1" OEM suppliers like Aisin, Dayton, Eaton Fuller, Exedy, LuK, Sachs (ZF), SKF, and Valeo as well as parts imported from Asian and European QS9001 facilities. Our branded friction products are made to our specification at USA and Canadian OE facilities using only premium ingredients manufactured to the highest quality levels. All of our Stage performance clutches are made or assembled and tested at our NJ facility. We also sell parts manufactured by respected aftermarket companies like Aimco, Centric Parts, Pioneer, and StopTech. Everything we sell comes with a full manufacturer's warranty.

Q. Are your images of the actual product?
A. On most of our products we have an actual picture of the product on the product landing page. If the picture is currently not available it will say so. Due to evolving product development, we reserve the right to make product changes as they arise. Sometimes a picture is in process and if you want to see it before you buy, email us a request and we will do our best to provide you with a picture of the actual part.

Q: What is a VIN Number?
A: The VIN number is located on the dash on the driver's side. This VIN Number is like the Social Security Number of the vehicle, in that each number is unique and completely identifies your vehicle.

Q: Why is one letter of the VIN used in vehicle searches?
A. To help search for auto parts, sometimes one of the letters of the VIN is used to help discern differences between similar vehicles. The letter or sometimes number in parenthesis (e.g. 4.2L 258cid L6 MFI (T)) is related to the VIN of your vehicle. Basic VIN information--year, make, model and engine--can be decoded at any of several free websites (try typing "VIN Decoder" as a Google search). For more detailed information, you may need to ask for help from the service department of a new car dealership (different car manufacturers use different VIN coding schemes).
