Information: Free Shipping offers are for the Continental United States and only applies to products listed in the Automotive Category (Cars and Light Duty Pickups). Products will ship either by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or by USPS Priority Mail, as determined by Phoenix Friction. Shipping to destinations outside the Continental United States will be calculated upon checkout: this includes all US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. All Medium Duty and Heavy Duty parts will be calculated in real-time. Same day shipping is possible if the order and payment are received prior to 3PM Eastern Time. Most In-Stock items will ship within 24 hours of payment, but may take as long as 48 hours to ship. For part numbers that are not in stock - please allow 5-7 days for the product to ship. Note: "Air-Expedited" is available for items that are in-stock and payment is received prior to 3:00PM EST. Please call to request a stock check 1-877-570-5630.
