Shipping Information

US Buyers (lower 48 states):

Free Shipping offers are for the Continental United States (lower 48 states) and ONLY applies to products listed in the Automotive Category (Cars and Light Duty Pickups). Products with Free Shipping will ship either by FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground as determined solely by Phoenix Friction Products. Shipping to destinations outside the Continental United States will be calculated upon checkout. This includes all US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. All Medium Duty and Heavy Duty parts will be calculated at actual shipping rates. The Shipping Estimator located on each Product Page can give you an estimate of the shipping charges for that single item. All multiple item orders are combined for the lowest shipping charge.

USPS Priority Mail shipping times are based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date shown does not come with a money-back guarantee.

All orders are normally shipped within the stated handling time on the product page. Same day shipping for time-sensitive orders is possible if the order and payment are received prior to 2PM Eastern Time and our Sales Department has confirmed that this can be done. Please CALL 877-570-5630 to confirm. For part numbers that are not in stock, call our Sales Department for actual shipping time.

Canadian Buyers:

We recommend using either Priority or Express Mail as there are no additional charges at the time of delivery. Using either FedEx or UPS will result in possible brokerage, customs, and duty fees that will be payable upon delivery and are your responsibility.

International Buyers:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. These charges are normally collected by the Shipping Carrier or when you pick the item up in person from your customs office. Please do not confuse Customs Fees or Brokerage Fees as additional shipping charges.

Our New Jersey location is the only location that ships internationally so items normally shipped from other US based locations need to come to NJ for forwarding internationally. This may add 2-5 days to our handling time prior to shipment.
