Return Policy
You may return any core or part not later than 30 business days from your original order date for a refund or replacement. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. A restock fee of 25% of the purchase price will be charged for returned merchandise. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs that are included in the price of the part (designated by "Free shipping") are non-refundable.Refused Shipments: A restock fee of 25% will be charged for refused shipments. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Phoenix Friction Products or our suppliers.
The Return Process
Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties, and cores. Customer must call to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 business days of date of delivery. All authorized merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Phoenix Friction Products will not issue a refund on special orders or items over 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Absolutely NO return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of use, were installed or mounted. Returns must be sent by freight, prepaid, and insured by you, the buyer. A refund, exchange, or core return will not be processed until all relevant items have been returned to Phoenix Friction Products. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Free Shipping offers (products that have the cost of shipping included in the price) will be refunded less the actual cost of shipping. All International customs entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer. A copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of the size and application of all parts before installation.Please allow up to 30 calender days to inspect, process the item back into stock, and issue the refund. All refunds will be issued the same way they were paid.
Terms & Condition for Return of Item(s)
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package. Have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. Contact us to let us know that the part were damaged upon delivery.
We are not responsible for installation errors or any labor, towing, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
