This is a Phoenix Friction Stage 3 Street Performance Clutch Kit.
The kit features a heavy duty conventional pressure plate and a Phoenix Friction high heat Ceramic spring dampened disc.
It will provide up to a 60% increase over the stock engine torque
capacity. At the same time, you may notice a small increase in pedal
effort over the stock clutch and offers chatter-resistant lift-off for a
great daily ride.
The kit features a Phoenix Friction Heavy Duty clutch disc with High
Torque Dampeners mated to a Thrust Stop Hub and featuring High-Heat
Ceramic buttons. The ceramic buttons will absorb the most energy of all
the friction materials and is the material of choice for the highest
torque applications.

2005-2008 F250-550 Super Duty manual trans - clutch pedal concern
Some 2005-2008 F250-550 super duty vehicles with a manual transmission may exhibit a clutch pedal concern described as "falls to the floor", "clutch pedal stays on the floor", or "clutch pedal feels spongy". If the concern is diagnosed as the control assembly - clutch hydraulic actuator (base part number 7c522), ensure the heat shield is fully covering the clutch slave cylinder end of the assembly. If the heat shielding is not fully covering the clutch slave cylinder, slide the heat shielding toward the transmission until the forward end of the shield contacts the cylinder mounting flange at the transmission housing.
