04-105.3C Stage 3 Heavy Duty Clutch Kit: GM Pickups, SUVs, & Van - 12 in.

This is a Phoenix Friction Stage 3 Clutch Kit with an High Clamp Load Pressure Plate and an ceramic button clutch disc. This kit will provide a 35% increase in Engine Torque over the OE clutch kit with only a slight increase in pedal pressure.  The ceramic button clutch disc are ideal for maintaining the smooth engagement you are used to from the original clutch when the vehicle was new and the high clamp load pressure plate offers greater torque capacity when making light modifications to the engine. This is a complete clutch kit and includes all necessary components when replacing your clutch.

This kit is a direct OE replacement Performance Clutch Kit and will not require any modifications during installation.  The original bolts can be re-used with recommended Loctite 242/243 (blue) type product.

Refer to the technical bulletin TB008 regarding the squeaking noise due to insufficient lubrication between the clutch fork and ball stud.
