05-524.2KC Stage 2 Kevlar/Ceramic Solid Flywheel Replacement Clutch Kit: Dodge Ram 2500, 3500 G56 6 Speed Transmission - 13 in.

This is a Phoenix Friction Stage 2 combination Kevlar and Ceramic Street Performance Clutch Kit for use with the G56 Transmission after it has been converted from the Dual Mass flywheel to a Solid Flywheel. Not compatible with a South Bend or Valair flywheel.

The kit features an original stock pressure plate and a Phoenix Friction high heat Kevlar and Ceramic spring dampened disc. The combination of a full-faced Kevlar friction material and a bonded Ceramic button ring clutch handles high heat levels and minimizes chatter. It will provide up to a 33% increase in engine torque capacity over the OE clutch. At the same time, you will not notice any increase in pedal effort over the stock clutch. 

The combination of these two premium friction materials provides up to a 200% gain in clutch life than that of original equipment under normal driving conditions.  Note: Kevlar is a high tech material that needs up to a 1000 mile break in period to properly seat for optimum performance.

A Phoenix Stage 2 combination Kevlar and Ceramic Street Performance Clutch Kit is a direct factory fit and requires no modifications for installation.  The kit is a complete clutch kit and includes all necessary components when replacing your clutch. (Note: The Flywheel must be turned to maintain the warranty)

This solid flywheel conversion replacement clutch kit must be used with our CHRS112 prefilled hydraulic system. Failure you to do so will result in release problems.
